Oh, definitely not. Pidge sticks by the people she cares about, no matter what. She missed you so much when you were gone. Half the reason I'm here is I didn't really like the thought of her being alone when she was hurting.

[He's missed enough of that, he's not going let her hurt alone if he's anywhere near.]

She'll be alright. If she really didn't want you around... she would probably have literally tossed you out. Honestly, I can tell you love her, and that's what really matters.

I love her more than anything else. I meant it when I told her I wanted to go back to your world with her. I...wasn't a good person before I met Katie. She makes me want to be better...Believe that I can be better.

So when I thought that she'd decided she didn't want me anymore... It'd hurt less if she just hit me and got it over with.

I have complete confidence that Pidge would kick you in the balls and bayard you sterile if you hurt her. She doesn't actually need my help on that one.

I don't think it would be necessary, though. I can tell she loves you, and you love her. That's all I could ever ask for. Make sure she's alright, as much as she lets anyone make sure she's alright.

Oh, absolutely. My family is stubborn as all hell, especially Pidge.

I'm assuming she told you the entire story of what happened when Dad and I disappeared?

[ Ren tucks his feet under him on the couch, relaxing back into the cushions. ]

I can't think of many girls who would fake an identity and start at a school to expose the government or whatever for a cover-up. It's like an anime.
